I was a little bit nervous about this run as I found run 1 quite tricky. I knew that I just needed to get on with it and sure enough I'd got into a good rhythm by the time Sarah told me I'd run for 5 mins.
I'd had a difficult morning at work and knew that going for a run would help clear my head and came back feeling so much better.
I have to say thank you to those of you on here that have made the effort to read my posts and comment. You have all helped me to get to this stage.
I know that when I graduate from the C25k I will continue to run, I will make sure that I make the time to keep going
