Two runs and an 8km assault course completed since graduation!

They say life begins at 40, I feel healthier now than I ever have all thanks to C25K and I never would have completed 'Yorkshire Warrior' without it.

I'm having a few days rest now before park run on Saturday then I think I'm going to trying increasing distance by .5km each week.

Love this running bug :)

Love it! Well done :)

Like the way the photo looks like you've left a group of burley men walking behind you, struggling to catch up !

There was lots of queuing for obstacles....I don't think I could run 8 km without stopping just yet :)
