Two runs and an 8km assault course completed since graduation!
They say life begins at 40, I feel healthier now than I ever have all thanks to C25K and I never would have completed 'Yorkshire Warrior' without it.
I'm having a few days rest now before park run on Saturday then I think I'm going to trying increasing distance by .5km each week.
Love this running bug
