Usually a lurker but thought I'd post after having a very difficult W6R2.  I really struggled and was starting to think that I wouldn't be able to complete the full 25 minutes but after reading about gremlins and trusting Laura I went out and did it.  Plus I even managed to speed up (a small amount) for the lasat minute.  Roll on week 7.

Week 6 was surprisingly hard for me too, after a week 5, run 3 post run high, week 6 was harder than expected.  Hope u enjoy week 7, so close now to the graduation, just keep plodding, put in the time - well done, it will actually start to get easier from now onwards

Thanks.  Yes I thought week 6 would be easy after the 20 minutes run but obviously I was just getting cocky.  Ready for week 7 now.

Week 7 here you come! Very well done.

Ignore those pesky gremlins, they hate that! Listen to the lovely Laura,, she will take you through :)

Yes, I found week 6 tough too so a huge well done for getting through it. Not easy! Good luck for the rest of the programme.

Way to go!  You're in the final third of the program and overcome a wobble to boot!  That graduation badge is so within your grasp.

Well done New-runner...thats 25 mins under your belt.😊

You are doing brilliantly. Slow starts now and extra rest days are allowed if needed as you go into week 7.

Good luck.. you can do it.😊

Attempted week 6 day 3 for the second time and just couldn't do it ! So disapointed this is the only time I've not completed the runs I've set out to do.
