I did it! Nothing remarkable about the run except the crazy grin on my face when it was over Thank you to everyone for all the encouragement and kind words through this journey, especially in the past two weeks. I'm so glad for this forum and our virtual running family.
I'm off to get my shiny new graduation badge now

I thought it would feel 'easier' than this lol! I'm still a struggling snailplodder, I can just sustain it for longer these days!! Not yet the all-seeing, all-knowing person that I feel a grad' should be but I guess we'll get there
Thank you Patrick! I will continue to run 30 mins for 4-6 weeks before deciding whether to improve my speed (5k in 30 mins) or run for longer distances. And I will still be here cheering you on as you graduate!
