I had planned to do this run either yesterday or today but yesterday was really busy so today it was. I umm'd and aah'd about going outside, I have been very tempted reading everyone's great posts with pictures. But I hadn't planned a route, the morning was slipping away and I decided that it could go horribly wrong which I didn't want for the graduation run.
So off to the treadmill. 5 minutes in - why am I feeling tired? I'll never get to 30 minutes again, may be I should just give up....10 minutes in - not really loving this, breathing's not right, why am I doing this? 20 minutes in - Hong Kong Garden is just the right rhythm, I'm loving this, maybe I could incorporate a few dance moves...30 minutes in - completely buzzing, I think I could run forever.......but Laura has said that's the end. I am now officially a runner. Wowsers, I've done it.
Next plan, get onto that footpath app recommended by Vespina, sort out a route and get myself outside to scare the neighbours in my shorts. This forum is absolutely awesome!
