AS promised here is the pics that shows my journey to losing 15 KGs, all taken with the same outfit so you can really see the difference. I think the biggest difference is to my posture...

Well done CG. That's some impressive results right there. I agree on the posture thing - I find that I carry myself so much straighter and my alignment is so much better than before a I started all this and feel loads better just in daily life for that, and, bizarrely, I am about an inch taller as a consequence.

Lol! I had the added disadvantage of two enormous bumps on the front of my body! I think it was them that pulled me over like that!
