Last year I had the pleasure of meeting up with Chris (poppy) in Manchester and we had a lovely day, it was great to run the same run together and we all joined hands to go over the finish line (all of us from c25k). Like you I would like to wish Chris a lovely memorable day tomorrow and with a smile, come on you mancunians! xxx

I'm so tired now! Yes we had a good day thanks! Yes think Paul was being mostly good! We will have to be careful next weekend as it's her bigger reception on Sat night and we have needles HM Sunday morning and Paul doing needles marathon crazy boy!

It felt safe Jacs , there was a huge Police presence , armed police out in force . I went to St Ann's square after to see the tributes . It was overwhelmingly sad , but it felt just so still and peaceful . A guy was there playing a harp , it was beautiful xxx
