Just finished! Crikey that was tough but feels sooooo good !
Just one week left. Still having calve problems despite frantic amounts of rollering, dynamic and static stretches and water and now potassium supplements ๐๐. Will my body finally catch up with my enthusiasm ever lol. Taking it nice and steady (as I have no other choice !) Looking forwards to the final week now ....
Does anyone leave two days between runs ie/run on a Monday then a Thursday ? Is this allowed. Seems to give my legs time to recover
