Just finished! Crikey that was tough but feels sooooo good !
Just one week left. Still having calve problems despite frantic amounts of rollering, dynamic and static stretches and water and now potassium supplements 😂😂. Will my body finally catch up with my enthusiasm ever lol. Taking it nice and steady (as I have no other choice !) Looking forwards to the final week now ....
Does anyone leave two days between runs ie/run on a Monday then a Thursday ? Is this allowed. Seems to give my legs time to recover
Happy Easter everyone !!!

Leaving two days sometimes worked well for me. Hope your calves stop hurting. Week 9 was more fun than week 8 for me as I liked seeing the finish line in my sights. Good luck!
Not nosey at all Badrun, there is no harm on looking at other people's profile, I looked at yours, you could tell us a little more about yourself, but particularly regarding your sporting activities and what you do regarding exercise, you don't need to tell us your age unless you want to, once again congratulations on almost completing C25K,
Well done. Not many left to go now. I'm at the same point and feeling excited for the final week. We can do it!!
I ran Monday Wednesday Friday only for most of the weeks which has worked fine for me. Took an extra day off (3 day break) a couple of weeks ago as I'd had my jab and felt like I needed it. Then did 5 alternate days but again then felt like I needed a "weekend". For me it's the routine that keeps me going, bank holidays are getting on the way a bit but planning to finish back on my favourite days.
We do three runs a week and fit them around other stuff, so sometimes there is a day off between two runs and then two days off before the last. As long as I can get the runs in I’m happy.
I'm running W9R1 tomorrow. Beyond having to take a break due to impact injury at the end of W4 and having to go back to W2. I got into the routine of running Monday, Wedneday and Friday.I am finding that my calves are begining to tighten up towards the ends of the longer runs. But touch wood. Post run static stretches ease them completely
Glad it’s not just me ! They seem fine after the stretching and rollering but hit pretty bad again on these longer runs I’m sure they will get better as time goes on. (Hopefully!)
You're so nearly there!!! I've been doing early on a Sunday morning so I face the unknown with the least amount of bystanders 🤣 then Tuesday and then two days off so can finish on the Friday on a high with a bit more energy.
