Finished week 8 today in the gym on a treadmill, I'm away with work staying in a fairly industrial areA so I thought this was the best option. I found it really boring I must say, I added a couple of minutes to compensate as it's not the same as being outdoors...but on the plus side they had a power plate, lovely massage and stretches for my legs. Onwards to week 9 I go, I've been having two days rest for my old legs and that seems to work for me. Good luck everyone x

Well done! Yes boring on a machine, I xtrain on a stat bike, can just about manage 20-30 mins on that! But the treadmill is a good temp alternative when unable to road run and it all counts..😊
