Just starting out!

I've just started this, and finished w1r2.  I' d done some running years ago but wanted to start again!  I live in a very hilly area, but r2 went much better once I discovered a small flat housing estate.  R1 was very difficult, trying to run uphill was impossible!

You have my undying admiration. I did the whole of C25K on the flat and only attempted hills once I graduated. I bet that particular hill won't seem so impossible in a few weeks time (whoops is that a challenge)?

I will leave the hills till later.  I live 1\2 way up a valley side in North Yorkshire!  Beautiful but not great for beginner runners, especially very unfit ones like me.  It's definitely a challenge for later.  Everything around here is either climbing or descending down the other side!

Those hills are very sneaky... new ones appear all the time...:) Well done you....!

I'm currently running in circles around a recreation field in our village. It's not a very large field but it is flat. I ventured around some farm land for a change of view but running up a slope into the wind quickly back to the rec!

I'll give it another go in a few weeks!
