I finished my final run of the program today. So pleased with myself. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to learn to run. Very proud of me!!

It's amazing how in just a relatively few weeks we can all be transformed, it's definitely worth following the program.

Good luck with your post-grad runs now, do you have a plan/goal or are you just going to wing it? I'm in week 7 and am slightly scared of 'losing' Laura!

I'm just going to keep repeating week 9 for a bit I think. It's by no means easy for me still and I'm like you. I need that voice to keep me going!
