I can't settle on the injury couch atall.. feel very frustrated and quite upset I can't go for my run still in a bit of discomfort even after taking two ibrufen and two paracetamol.. So my head telling me it's not wise to risk further injury.. I think it's just a pulled muscle and not cracked rib..as the pain isn't as bad as the pain I had felt when cracked a rib last year.. So hopefully just staved it when I fell.. but the having to be sensible isn't sitting well atall.. This running addiction is bad.. lol...
