Week 6 finished, oh and where's me gloves??

I knew I should have got up this morning, but was far too comfy. So after a long day at work, I came home and set off, just as it started to rain :( I'd decided to go a different route, not thinking about how open it was compared to the housing estate, so the wind and rain were coming at me from all angles.. masochistic of me but I loved it ;) Half way round I still had to take my jacket off as I was too hot, it wasn't keeping me dry anyway! On the longer runs I'm going to have to let Laura go, the "music" is driving me mad. Just checked my route on mapometer and the walking and running equate to 4.82Km, so plenty of room for improvement :) Week 7 here we come.... not going to get too excited knowing what I was like at the beginning of week 6, but quietly optimistic that I can work through the next 3 weeks to Graduation. THANK YOU to all of you here who have kept me going, even if you don't realise it. Without my daily read, hearing about all of the ups and downs and all the encouragement that's been given to me and others, I know I wouldn't still be here.

It's amazing how fast the time goes and what you can do in such a short time - I hardly speak to my couch now...! The stuff you're doing is such a solid foundation, I know you'll graduate in no time!

Well done eshaz14-you masochist!! Fancy completing in all that rain-you are fantastic! Really pleased for you. Good luck with Week 7 :-).

I tackle week 6 run3 on Friday, having done run2 this morning.

As you say it is this site that keeps us all going-as one person put it, and she is so right, we are family (yeah, my little sister and me, lol!). I've had days when I think roll on week 9, then I can stop, but those days are slowly decreasing and I just know that when it comes to the crunch I will be there on C10. Anyone know where to download this please?

Thanks Pearsey, and well done to you too. Good luck with your run today, or have you already been out? If so, well done, just think, only another 3 weeks until we graduate :) I've been looking into the B210K, can't yet find where to download it but I'm sure someone will know. I have downloaded the 5k+ podcasts and may do those for a few weeks to increase stamina and speed once I've finished this.
