Hi all. I've managed to work up to week 9 run 1 before catching a nasty virus/cold thing that's wiped me out. I've not run for 7 days now. I previously didn't miss any! I'm still not up to running but when I do will I have to go back a few runs in anyone experience??

Thanks! X

I reckon you could try week 9 and see how it goes, why not?

I had a week off and just did my usual run when I got back on track, just made sure I was nice and slow!

You probably won't have to go back at all. You're just short of graduation and your body still remembers. A week is no problem - just take it slow and steady, don't overdo it and fall sick again. I've just been in the same situation- graduated for less than a week and then struck down with a cold. After 8 days a slow 30 min run was really no problem.

Good luck!
