I have only posted in this forum a couple of times, but I have certainly been reading it!. It has been so encouraging to read your posts. The conversations have also answered any queries I had. At 59 I had never thought I would take up running, but I found the weekly challenges really well paced and it has all gone so quickly. This morning I did that 3rd run, not 5k more like 4k, and it felt great. This weekend I will be doing a short sport relief run to celebrate. Being seen by other people.. phew.. that was a gremlin you have helped with. So thank you regular posters, and if you are reading this and thinking about running.. go on ....you can do this

Congratulations on completing the program.

I notice you haven't got your graduate badge yet, you need to go to pinned posts and claim it, after all you have worked hard and deserve it.

Enjoy the sport relief run.

Thanks- I did need reminding about the graduate badge, and how to get one as well.
