I'm just about to go out and run in the snow. It's wet snow, so just slushy underfoot. If you have decent shoes you should be OK but don't risk it if the temps are under freezing. If you can walk in it - you can run.

Don't fret. You won't lose fitness in a few days. Where are you? I have blue skies and sunshine here! (South West).

Rub it in, IP! ;) Seems like most of the North is covered in snow this morning.

WINTER IS COMING! ;)

Wigan that should have read x

I have to admit I chickened out of my run this morning, too! Missing a few days won't really make much difference, don't worry!

Just make sure it's not much longer than that or it becomes tougher, mentally, to get out again!

Let's hope it clears off over the weekend :)

Don't worry about your fitness. A change in circumstances means that I can only get out on Fridays and Sundays at the moment. I had five days between W7R3 and starting week 8 and I was absolutely fine. Snow here too so hoping I manage to get out a bit later.

Best stay in..I went out in bad conditions, some runs back and it was terrifying! learned my lesson now. We have wet snow, then rain and now heavy snow again... weird weather!

You will keep your fitness for quite a while!!! :)
