Hi - I don't often get a chance to write on here but I do take love to check in (sometimes I take sneaky peaks at work - like now ) to see how everyone is progressing and to read all the great advice from the graduates.
Last night W8R1 was pretty tough to start off with but eventually I got into a nice steady pace and made it through to the end and today I have no aches and pains, which feels amazing!! I am experiencing so many benefits from running: much happier; eating better, less alcohol, and the heating at home has been turned right down! I have my own little inner furnace going on!
I can't believe Graduation is in sight!

Its great isn't it when it starts to feel like something you can do... your body eventually gives in and your breathing returns to normal. So pleased for you.
Please do post during graduation week so we can cheer you on.
Fabulous! Well done for a great week 8 run, you're getting so close to a nice shiny badge! Good luck with the rest of the runs, you're doing great. I completely agree, you just feel so much better for getting out there and running, it's marvellous!
Ah thank you! Just returned from w8r2 and i think i was a bit slower tonight but i didn't stop and even attempted a little sprint at the end to finish on a high! having tea, toast and marmalade now . Feeling good!
