C25K team for Wings for Life World Run 2017?

Hi all,

There's some rumblings going on after my post on participating in the RedBull Wings for Life World Run, if you'd like to see what it was like, here's a bit of video:

I'm in, so is AncientMum  , BoPeep9009  is about to,  Curlygurly2   might, anyone else want to join us?  It doesn't matter how much you do, just that you do it.

Having not been able to do it this year or last due to a diary clash, I'm going to try to do it in 2017 ! My 2 nearest locations are Milan and Olten (Switzerland) so I'll be keeping an eye out for information about them.

Excellent! I don't think it hits you until afterwards, exactly how big the event is, I'm sure you'll love it.  I still can't quite beleive little old me has been part of it 😄

There is a location in France........they may not have the location totally sorted but you can pre register..........😄.  I expect there will be more detail in the months to come....😊

I really don't know where I'll be until nearer the date, often I'm in UK round about now. This year in France it was in Rouen, almost as far as Cambridge lol! It won't be anywhere near here. No point registering anywhere yet xx

Looks like its going to be Rouan again in France - which is probably harder for me to get to than many places in the UK. But in my case the Italian and Swiss venues look doable - also the 8 May is ferié, so we're thinking we could make a long weekend of it.

You can create teams, and I'm sure we could have members in different locations.......that would be pretty cool wouldn't it a C25K team running at different WFL venues.......

Yes, it seems a long way off........do keep an eye on it though, the entrance fee goes up towards the end of the year or early in the New Year....

It would be good though to have a C25K crew! 😄
