Well it's Friday night and it was the last run of the week. I asked for better temperatures and we got them (next time it's the lottery numbers ), perfect for running.
Not much to say about the run really, after settling in it was business as usual. I think with the block runs it certainly sets you into a routine knowing when the breathing will settle, the pace steadies and then just run.
However today it seemed like every and each person thought it would be clever to just continue walking straight towards me, making me either do the Tango or keep changing pace ...... Another pet hate from today, running past people who smoke, it takes ages for you to clear it out of your system!!
As always stats added for reference. Wishing all a lovely weekend and I shall see you on Monday night, if all goes well.

Well done Saul. That's no mean feat now running for 25 mins non stop.... have you stuck with Laura? Remember next time you get Julie and me. Lol. 😊
It sounds like you are doing really well with your breathing and have cracked this longer time running. It feels great when you settle into it. Agree with you about smokers pah! polluting our airway.
