So last week I did W5R1 & 2 but didn't manage R3 due to the snow but this week so far I've done R2 twice and felt better about it each time so I'm ready to take on R3 plan is to get it done Saturday morning before a curry night out with the lads so I can have a few beers and not feel too guilty or worry about having to run on the Sunday
Got a running partner too my brother will come with me so that will help with my pacing

I find if I keep up the running 3 times a week that a few beers and a good meal can be had at the weekend, but I watch it during the week, & stick to a more balanced diet..
Running with someone is good motivation and breaks monotony, having a laugh & a joke, but have to keep concentration on doing the programme and listen to Laura..
