So, I'm dreading this week. Did W5R1 yesterday and feel okish about tomorrow's 8min runs but 20 mins on the Thursday just seems like they are having a laugh. I expect I just need to go really really slowly but even then, really!!!

Yes really!! It’s a psychological barrier more than a physical one -trust the programme, it works! But you are absolutely right, take it slowly - so your breathing is not laboured - and you will be fine. Enjoy it and the absolute buzz you are going to get when you run 20 at the end of this week!

Well done 🎉 I did it too. It was easy and I think I could have run for another 5 mins if I'd had to. Perhaps I should have gone a bit faster but just glad in finished it 😀

Yay!! Check us out!! 😁 I think I paced myself a bit too much too - although I’m not sure I could have managed 5 more minutes! 😂

Ah I’m so glad 😊 someone talked me into not postponing a run a couple of weeks ago and I’m so glad I was able to return the favour! How do you feel? Hope you are very proud!! 😊

I feel great!! Even at my fittest, I’ve only ever managed 13 minutes. Joining this group has been a huge help over the past couple of weeks.

You need to do some reading and put all your efforts to date into perspective.

Start with this breakdown of W5 healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and also follow the link in that post to the one about mental approach.

If you think you can't do it, then you are probably right.

You can do it.......
