Had to give up on wk 6 of my first attempt at C25K due to ankle injury. That was last March.
Started again last week - wk 1 fine and had first run of wk2 tonight with group ... DISASTER! Knee gave up after only 2 runs. Hope I don't have to give up again. I am determined even if I walk half of it!

Some exercise for your bum might help. From what my physio said, a lot of muscles in your bum effect your knee's too. I damaged my knee while ice skating and it took 8 months to get them back to normal.
You also need good muscles in your bum to drive your drives back and forth.
There are good exercises out there that might help strengthen yourself for the next run.
