Why not get those other guys in the photo to join you? Just keep blogging and we'll keep supporting you. By the way, welcome and well done for getting started :)

Why not give yourself bitesize challenges. Just set yourself the challenge of one day at a time, don't look ahead. Follow the plan, take it slow and easy and you will surprise yourself :)

I suffer from that 'giving up' bug too . . But really enjoying this! I got to week 4 last week and had to take a break as I got very sick. I honestly thought that would be it and I would give up . . But the determination is still there . . I am amazed and really want to push on. So good luck . . maybe this structured system works well for us that find it hard to keep going !

Yes, keep going and remember if a Bolton fan can do it so can a Newcastle United fan (I'm just about to start Week 8)

I've started this plan a few times but haven't finished it before, determined to this time. Keep going and check back on here for encouragement :)

Imagine it's you running for a min against a Spurs fan....... the one who gives up first misses out on that Champions League spot!! You can do it!

Now that is one way to look at it or even spurs and chelsea fan hehe

Best advice to stay motivated would be...

Give yourself the rest days advised.

Treat yourself for complete each weeks sessions.

Log on and blog your day here, its great to have the support :)

Believe in yourself, C25K is a very achievable programme.

Good luck with it, I'm sure you'll do fine.

Get the other guys in the picture to do it anyway, no matter where they are! There's nothing like a little bit of friendly rivalry to keep you going. I have a friend about 80 miles away who's a week ahead of me on the program. She keeps going because she doesn't want to let me get ahead, I keep going because I daren't give up and look a complete wuss in front of her! Lol! Works for us!

All good advice toonfan.....if a 53 year old saints (southampton) fan is hooked then so will you be.

Anyway, all the best teams play in stripes, don't they?

Keep going and keep reading the blogs....they really do help.
