Hello again, I wanted to post here as I restart C25K, as last year I found it really helpful for motivation, advice and keeping me on track. So, hello again, I have kept walking since graduating but it's been so long since I have run, I decided to start over and build up my fitness again. Wk 1 Run 1 done.

W2R2 in the books. I'm enjoying not needing to relearn what I discovered the first time round: I know to go slow, slower, no, even slower!, I have the right shoes with the right orthotics for my rather unusual feet, and I know my knees are happier if I'm running on grass. I really hope that knowing these things helps me in coming weeks and avoids too much struggle.

🍏🙌👏 Yes exactly. I found I enjoyed it more on repeating it. Take more rest days if you need them, don’t let it become a struggle but rather a time just for you to enjoy! Well done on getting W2:2 under your belt! ☺️ xx
