I did this after work tonight and I found it a bit harder than the others. I was really tired after a busy day and had mega girly bellyache so not the best. Having said that I finished without stopping and nearly hit 4K. I did try to lengthen my stride a bit, not to go faster but to try and get into a more comfortable running style if that makes sense.

Well done Elsie, I just ploughed through week 6 as I'd heard it was tough. It was no harder than week 5 to be honest just the same pain for longer lol. I tried the zombie run app for the last 2 runs, it takes the edge off a bit
