Week two complete!!

This morning I completed week two and what a great feeling that was! Maybe because it was the first morning since I started that it wasn't pouring with rain! Looking forward to starting week three on Monday, although I'm a little anxious about the step up in running!

The main reason for this post is to thank everyone who has sent encouraging replies on my other posts! Hopefully my progress will continue and I'll be a graduate before I know it!!

Don't be anxious. Just go nice and steady and you should be fine.

Good luck!

Well done! Your progress will continue. It's surprising how when you have a structure to go with like the C25K you just seem to get on with it,enjoy it and even though some days are harder than others you find yourself wanting to carry on and do it! It's a fab motivator I think.

Today I will be doing W6 R2 so I hope I won't be eating my words at the of it ha!😄

Anyway keep up the great work ! You are doing brilliantly.😄😄

I have just finished week 3 and believe me, you can do it :) you just need to be slow. The two weeks you just did will help you in week 3. You can do it :)

I was anxious too, but completed W3R3 this morning. Can honestly say W1R1 was the worst so far. I could hardly finish the last 1 minute run. Three weeks later I was surprised when Michael Johnson told me I had completed the 2nd 3 minute run, I felt I could have run further but will stick with the plan. I haven't exercised for years until now.

Woohoo, that's fantastic and you will smash week 3 too! I think the thought of the next week is always worse than the actual doing it. I think I came on here every week saying I'd never manage the next one but I did and am heading into week 6 on Monday! Good luck for next week!
