Went quite well, was a little apprehensive about the 5, minute runs but kept it slow and steady and got through it.

Have been getting some hip pain so tried a different pair of trainers tonight and it seems to have helped.

I've got week 4 run one to do tomorrow and am V nervous ! All of a sudden it seems like a big challenge and I only scraped through last week ! Plus I'm getting bored of routes don't quite know how to get through it tomorrow

I made sure hadn't eaten for 4 hours beforehand and had a glass of water 10 mins before going out. kept the running sections to a slow jog. it went better than I thought it was going to be.

If you cant do a different route try different music, it may help. You can do it! Let us know how you get on.

Well done Andy. Getting up to the half-way mark now. Slow and steady does it. Hope someone else can advise you on the hip pain.

Update on week 4. Completed it on Wednesday evening, did run 3 twice after I struggled the first time round. stopped after 4 minutes of the first 5min run. 2nd attempt at it was much much better.
