I can't believe I just ran for 16 minutes in total in that session! And I feel better at the end than I did in week 1!
I know everyone is saying over and over to trust the programme, but I think I have had this nagging doubt that for some reason I will be the exception to the rule. Very happy to find out that I'm actually not special, if that makes sense! At least, no more or less special than anyone else!!
We're all special and we all have doubts. Just keep at it and take it slowly. That seems to be the key. There's time enough later to increase speed ππͺπΌππΌββοΈπ
