As the months went on I put on weight a stone and half and then my whole body changed , flabby muscle , everything was an effort . I'm 44 and thought oh my gosh you really have let your self go so I'm hoping to crack this running . I'm on my second day and so far I'm enjoying it . I just want to feel great 🤓

Welcome and well done for starting. That's the hardest bit. If you stick with this you won't feel great, you'll feel amazing. Your body will become leaner and stronger and much healthier. It will take time, commitment, hard work and effort but trust me, it will be so worth it.

I've been runnng for nearly three years now and I'm still gob smacked at what my body can do.

Enjoy the transformation!

Oh you will definitely feel better. I have a lot of worry and stress with my teenager, so much that most nights I don't sleep at all or hardly at all but when I come back from a run I feel sparkly and happy and that lasts for a while. I think just this programme alone will not make dramatic changes to your weight, overall physical appearance so I would suggest looking at your diet and making some changes there. You will feel so encouraged when a bit of weight has dropped off that it will bolster you enormously. Longer term and with longer regular runs, you will tone up.

Welcome☺ just commit and go. Work slowly and steadily through the sessions, never miss and you will be fine. Sticking is key to success, as it anything. Switch to healthy eats and you'll be amazed at how much you'll better you'll feel, and look

Make the change ☺

And you've made the right decision to start with the programme. Just do what Laura says, take it slow and steady, stretch out after your runs and come here to share your triumphs or worries.

Good luck!

Thanks guys , just come back on today, bad news I'm afraid I've had my right toe bunion removed , I'm off my running for 6 weeks . I thought I could get away with it but one Sunday I ran the extra bit , feeling great, woke Monday and my gosh felt like my hip had come out of place, so the bunion had to go. I'm missing the running so much .

Not what you're looking for?
