Well done for getting back to running. Whatever you do, go slow especially as you have had a break. Why not limit yourself to a 20minute session and include some walking and see how it feels?

Good - it's the best New Years resolution you can make - and stick to! Give yourself fitness and thinking space. If you got to 25 minutes, you are as good as there. If you never run longer than 25 minutes - that's still amazing and so much better than 99% of the population!

Good luck!

You will soon pick it up again Gemma. I would start at week 6 again as I like structure and knowing I am capable of finishing a run. Also I like the build up in that week, it was one of my favourites. ( I did take seven months to complete the program though lol!)

Good luck.... its great having running in your life.

Good luck with the run today Gemma. If it doesn't go according to plan, maybe go back to w5 and ease yourself into it.

Go for it... almost there... maybe as the other replies suggest, just a gentle walk/run and see how it goes... you will definitely do it! :)
