It takes over our lives, when I'm not running, I'm planning where to go, when to go - even had nightmares about parkrun before I went for the first time! Trust the programme, your fitness is good enough - nice n slow, breathe well and keep going (no matter how many times ur brain advises u to stop)!!

Thank goodness it is not just me.. I was glad to start it this morning. I took it nice and slowly and tried to breathe properly too... I made it and only 2 more runs to go! Thanks!

Not sure...just would like to complete the two runs left.

I quite like the idea of the different pace running...( was once a sprinter...hard to believe I know) but would like to do a few more longish, ( for me) runs first, to get into a good style of running.

It will be weird when I complete the last run of Couch25K on Saturday. Will feel a little lost I think:(

I felt a bit worried that I wouldn't keep it up, but that was 10 weeks ago now and still running X 3 times a week. Just enjoy it!
