Who'dve thought little old me could run 20mins without stopping
Certainly not me 5 weeks ago, so glad I started c25k, actually enjoying running and certainly never thought that would happen! Would recommend to anyone, not just physical gains, but my mental health is improving too

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran π π π
Yeh, I looked forward to the next run and wondered about that, how do you keep up that momentum, was thinking about doing the run again, just to check it wasn't a fluke! π
