Wwweeeeeeee Week 3 πŸ‘so chuffed....legs grumbled a bit, but the breathing was fab! But men look away now-what do all u 'menopausal' ladies where bra-wise-bit achy shaky!😁

Two sports bras - combats the 'monthly' aches and 'bounce' :-)

They are amazing! Got my first one from sports direct and then 2 more off eBay with built in hrm pads and press studs for the hrm itself. My DDs don't go anywhere! :-)

I got a Marks and Sparks sports bra, if that's not quite enough wear a tight t-shirt too.

I have much less of me wobbling about these days so don't have to worry. Running has seen to that! My chest was the second thing to disappear. The first was my huge ar*e!
