Today I had an injection into the Morton's Neuroma on my right foot. I am hoping it will ease the pain. My left foot appears to have come out in sympathy to my right foot so I had an Ultra Sound on that today and possibly I will have an MRI scan in a week or so if it continues to hurt. On Wednesday I am seeing a Podiatrist to see if he can help me back on my feet. When I injure myself I do it in spectacular style. I appear to have a good sport orientated team looking after me so I have high hopes I will be running again soon. I so wanted to be able to run 5K in under 30 minutes by Christmas too.
Enjoy your week, enjoy your running.

I hope you'll be back to running soon. Keep fit while you're off the running, so you'll be good to go when the time comes, even if it can only be upper body. Can you swim?
Ive just had to Google this , I had never heard of it, it sounds extremely painful ! Is it something that you have suffered from in the past or is it a injury you have picked up ?
