Last run today, I travelled 5.5k total of which 4.3k was running the thirty minutes. Harder work than run 2 but I did it and apparently I did it faster too.

Well done, Saralexis. Don't forget to pick up your graduation badge (adding your name to the pinned post on the right hand side of the screen). Hopefully, although this is the last run of the formal programme, it is not your last ever run!

What are your running plans for the future? Be sure to let us hear how you're getting on.

Huge slaps on the back - you should be rightfully proud of this achievement.

Congratulations - don't forget to ask for your graduate tag! What are you going to do now?

I'm going to do the same for at least another week, and then maybe switch to the 5+ podcasts. I'd like to be running 5k consistently and fairly easily in 30 minutes before I think about another goal.

Well done!

Don't worry about speed & distance too much at the moment, just do 30mins continuous for a while..

30 minutes running, can u believe it? I graduated 10 weeks ago and enjoying running still, hope you find a plan that works for you. 30 minutes is a long time to keep going

I know, it's crazy! My husband is now finishing week two and feels like he'll never get there- I remember feeling the same and then somehow you do!
