Oh dear! Another PB over 5km

It must either be the colder weather or because I've left 1 run off per week recently and replaced it with a brisk walk, have also added a new excercise plan I'm doing at home. Anyway, I've sliced off over 1min from last weeks PB! Have run slightly faster! I'm liking this! It made me grin looking at the garmin just after I've run, 😁 coming along nicely.....

Another thing is I bought a hrm strap to use on the Garmin last week and hr was about 150bpm when at my steady pace, so thought, well, I can up that slightly next time, but today I remembered as I started running that I'd forgot to put on the flipping strap! Dohh😕 lol...slot bonce! As my mum used to say!

Whatever you're doing is clearly working Dave. Well done on the PB. It's always great smiling after looking at the Garmin. Much better than crying!

It's the flat at Nonsuch I like!! Is it very muddy over there? I may make that a New Year resolution to try some other local ones.

Yes, can be muddy at this time of year, it's all grass & trails, but what's a bit of mud? I find it more interesting with trails & hills..

Oh we have mud alright over this way. Have bought some trail shoes just for Parkrun. Will give you the nod if I get over there .

Wow! Well done! No wonder you were grinning! Over a minute off a PB in just a week is not to be sneezed at. Great work and obviously what you are doing is working really well for you :)
