Congratulations on completing the hardest part! You have great attitude!

Keep going! Slow and steady is our neverdyeing motto :) Slow and slower with a smile on your face :) and most of the time with colour of monarch red on your face as well (if you're even a bit like me) ;)

To keep your motivation high: keep posting, and keep your running clothes and gear prepared ealier. If you have Gremlins tying to talk you out of it, put your clothes on, gear up, and just go out of the door (even if for only 5 min). It works magic!

Happy running!

Three pieces of advice - DON'T GIVE UP, LISTEN TO YOUR BODY and REMEMBER, IT ISN'T A RACE. we have all been there; we have all had wobbles and doubts, but we are all still here, and we are ALL rooting for you.

Welcome to the friendliest group around.

I repeated many individual days and many entire weeks because I found it super hard. But, here I am, part way through Week7. The point is, you're doing it, and if you don't give up you will graduate... even if that means it takes you a longer time. Who cares!? You're getting in shape and it's amazing. I hope you're proud of yourself.
