Who would have though! W5R3 a whole twenty minutes and I could have run longer- I couldn’t run for 90 seconds 4 weeks ago. I’m really beginning to believe that it might just be possible. Have faith in the plan- it really does work.

It’s a blooming miracle isn’t it?! Just amazing the progress we make. Back in November those single minutes were nigh on impossible - now less than 3 months from graduation i can run for 45 minutes (nice and slowly mind!). It really does work!

Well done! It's such a good feeling isn't it! I've just been out for w6r1 this morning and had to remind myself to stick to the walking parts between the runs even though I did the 20 min run two days before.

Well done, me too just completed my W5R3 and run 20mins what a feeling I was quite emotional. I was beginning to think I would never get fit & healthy again. This plan is fantastic.

Well done! I too thought so, and it was very surprising to see that now, at Week 8 that I can run for 28 minutes! You too will see that soon, and believe me, it is the best feeling in the world, no matter how hard it is during, the feeling that you did it afterwards is amazing!!

Great stuff! Just did mine this morning too, and a great feeling to get that run completed. Like you, felt I could run longer.

Bring on week 6!

I can only imagine how this must feel if one was a normal, healthy weight. I'm quite a bit overweight and this run was really difficult for me and thus I didn't really enjoy it. There's no way I could have carried on past the 20 minute mark as some others say. I think I'd be into this running lark a lot more if I wasn't carrying around all this extra baggage.

Congrats to everyone who has got this far!
