OMG,tomorrow I’m doing r1w9!Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would get past week 1.....It does work...52 & never ran for a bus before & now will be running 30 minutes.I really have the bug and love my me time.If your thinking of doing it then please give it a go!If you’ve already started then fantastic!Good luck all!

Yes it works! Also 52. Just finished my 9th run after graduating ( second attempt as injured myself week 4 first time round). Go slow. Always stretch after, always take rest day or more if necessary. Just take it one run at a time. Good luck!!

Well done to you for getting so far you have nailed it I’m not far behind you my next run is W7R2 and I’m loving it just like you are I’ve even registered for parkrun which I’m doing when I get to week 9 happy running 😉🏃🏼‍♂️🏃🏼‍♂️
