So...today I did week 5 day 3, I felt euphoric after the run! On return home I had breakfast and then cleaned my bathroom...........so much physical activity today, I think I am going to flop on the sofa the rest of today and get an early night tonight! Rest day tomorrow, yeah! :)

Well done - your first "long" run! You can feel justly proud!

Just two more interval runs and it's all continuous runs after that - you're on the home straight!

It's an amazing feeling isn't it?! I couldn't get it to sink in for a day or so cos I just couldn't believe I was the same person who struggled with the 60s runs at the start. Well done you, and cleaning the bathroom too?! Do you want to come clean mine too? :-P
