Well I've done it completed w9r3 today in the rain.
What I have learnt:-
The advice, support, and encouragement from the forum is brilliant.
Go slow, and if in doubt slower.
Focus on the time, and forget the distance and speed.(but did i really run that far?)
What next:-
Keep running 3 times a week for 30 minutes
Find out about strengthening exercises
And find new route, I've been going round and round same fields, need to go elsewhere, when flood water drops.
Looking forward to running and getting home with dry feet.
