10K PB :)

I'm not a fast runner, completing the run is always my main aim. However I have wanted to run 10K under 70 minutes and on my third 10K race (in very windy conditions) i did it - just!! 1:09:58 (previous PB was 1:12:15) Onwards and upwards!

So to anyone who feels they run slow, keep going, we can do it

Well done you're doing great! The first time I ever ran a 10k (in training) took me 1:25, so keep going 👍
