so...in 2013 i completed couch to 5k and did a run for breast cancer...and then stopped...silly me! its taken a while but now back on the horse so to speak...actually a treadmill that i'm not so sure I like but it beats the dodgy streets in the dark! So week three done and feeling ok. Still 'so-un-fit' but at least i'm back having a go!

Well done! Now stick to it, plenty of motivation on here, try and get out and run when you can, it's much better!
