Did the same this morning. Got a feeling I'm gonna pay for it in the morning. Not sure about Wk5R3 on Friday but will give it my best.

All cross country so far. Really wet this morning after overnight rain. Forecast says no rain til Sat, so should be a little dryer on Friday.

Good luck.

Suo. I'm just Starting week 7. It's a great feeling isn't it

On holiday in the south of France the running seems so much easier. We'll both be graduates soon. Well done Run 3 will be a breeze

very well done. I was terrified about W5R3 but the buzz you get from finishing it is unreal! It is amazing to go from never having run before to running for 20 minutes non stop - you will be able to do it - trust me and you will be delighted you did. Good luck. That graduation badge is getting closer :)

Wow! Well done! I am right there with you having just done w5r2 this morning. Am feeling apprehensive about run3 but will face that on Saturday which is my birthday. So if I fail I can forgive myself and if I succeed I can think 'I so deserve to eat cake today!'

:D

Good luck with your 20 mins.

Going from the couch to even thinking about running 20 mins outside...definitely a miracle :-)

I am glad to be in such good company of so many fantastic people!

I did all the programme on the treadmill, only braving the outdoors post graduation. I do quite like it outside, just go steady as you'll be used to the treadmill pacing you.

Running for 20 mins feels amazing, enjoy!
