W5R2 done! Another miracle!
Managed the 8 minute runs of W5R2!
Never thought possible. But here I am!
Looking forward to W5R3!!!
Did the same this morning. Got a feeling I'm gonna pay for it in the morning. Not sure about Wk5R3 on Friday but will give it my best.
All cross country so far. Really wet this morning after overnight rain. Forecast says no rain til Sat, so should be a little dryer on Friday.
I have done it on treadmill so far. Going out for a run for the first time tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

It is amazing to go from never having run before to running for 20 minutes non stop - you will be able to do it - trust me and you will be delighted you did. Good luck. That graduation badge is getting closer

I did all the programme on the treadmill, only braving the outdoors post graduation. I do quite like it outside, just go steady as you'll be used to the treadmill pacing you.
