Can i put the podcast on a windows phone?

I have a windows phone and wondered if it is possible to put the c25k podcasts on there. I do have an old iphone too but it is not working properly so its a mega hassle. Being able to put it on my nokia will be so much easier.

The podcasts are just mp3 files, so as long as your phone can play those there should be no problem.

ok thanks. I think my windows phone can do this. i have downloaded the week one podcast from itunes so i take it I need to find a different place to download it from ? my understanding is that Itunes will only work with apple devices..... i may be wrong though

I think you are right about Itunes, but it is not an area that I know much about. The podcasts used to be available from the NHS C25k pages but I can't see them there now. I am sure somebody else will be able to point you in the right direction.

brilliant Roseabi, thanks. I will attempt this later on today. no doubt it will end up in lots of swearing and anger before getting my mrs to step in and sort it out for me! lol

Or download from here: nhs.uk/Livewell/c25k/Pages/.... Click on the green rectangular squares. You will have to unzip them to .mp3 files, but your computer will probably do it for you (choose the "extract" option).
