Have ordered a body blade from QVC and watched the demo video and it looks good.
Now I'm into running, feel I'd like to tone up the upper body muscle.. Doe's anyone use one and had good results?

err... a what now?
Hi Dave, never heard of one of these before so just googled it
Blimey, looks like a lethal weapon to me , be careful you don't have someones eye out ! xxx
Dunno but am intrigued. Considering one of those over-the-door chin-up bars for similar reasons.
Just Google 'd it ... be careful, you'll need some room for that! Let us know how you get on!
If you're looking to strengthen up your upper body / core then I'd supplement with traditional exercises like push ups, pull ups, Russian twists, planks, sit ups etc. I used to have zero upper body strength but I've been following the 30 day challenges on Running Bug and I'm up to 10 press ups!!!!! It might not sound much but I couldn't do 1 (or a single sit up) a couple of months ago ☺
Good luck
Can send it back within 30 days if I don't like it and not pay anything, think it's worth a go. Have done all the usual pressups, situps etc. Like to try new innovations...
Not seen that one! My old man bought a fangled exercise machine but he was too big to fit in it! He used it as a clothes horse! Tut
Anything that helps you exercise, get toned up and fit has to be a good thing.
