Dear Body,

After all the years of abuse you have suffered at my hands, too many bottles of wine, cigarrettes, late nights accused by me of being too fat, too ugly,too stupid. I thank you at 44 for being there for me. Allowing me to begin a Nursing degree and run for 4.2 k in 30 minutes. What a week! Body, I Love you.
