Not sure if I'm in the right place here , but about 5 years ago I had a brilliant podcast on my phone for couch25k which included Laura AND music. I have changed phones and also decided to go back to basics with my running BUT.................. I went to download it yesterday and the version I got didn't actually have music on it . Can anyone point me in the direction of the original one please ?

Here's the link for the individual podcasts. You can download either MP3 files or jump to iTunes if you have an Apple device. Alternatively, there's a link at the top right of the same page for the official app. Within the app itself (at least the iPhone version), you can either listen just to Laura or play your own music in the background as well. Thanks Michael_W. I don't have an iPhone , mine is Android , so presumably I need to go for the mp3 (sorry I am not good with technology ) I think my daughter put it on my phone before . Ok , I'll have a go when I get back from work tonight

Hi, there is also an Android app but I don't know how to install it. I presume you either connect your phone to the PC and click install or browse to the download link directly on your phone. Why not give it a go!

believe it or not I have not had a minute to look at it , I've been doing work for Forest school training all day (hopefully look tomorrow when I finish work I'll let you know
