Couch25K graduate tshirts

Has anyone purchased a Couch25K graduate Tshirt and if so can you tell me what the sizing is like. I am a size 12 but I like a loose fit so am undecided if I would need M or L, hope someone can help, thanks.

I’m proud to say I’m an L but whatever size I am, on rest days, nothing beats a baggy shirt for comfort, so I wear XL
