Just come back from week 9 run 3. Did it last year but didn't keep it up, so have done the whole programme again. I must keep it up this time. Maybe park run next week, but it's a bit of a scary prospect!! Some of you say you took the plunge and had your first go at park run, and that you were really slow, then go on to say you did it in under 40 mins. That's not slow by my standards, so well done!!
managed it!: Just come back from week 9 run... - Couch to 5K
managed it!

Yay Congratulations Bonnie on your Second Graduation , fantastic !
I would recommend parkrun, its brilliant . I put if off for ages because I thought exactly the same as you but after the first time I was completely hooked and told myself off for putting it off for so long ha ha
Give it a go, you will love it ! xxx

Many congratulations to you. No, you must keep at it. You don't really want to do it for a third time do you?

Many many congratulations Bonnie, it's a great feeling second time around, isn't it xx
Edit: Definitely do Parkrun. I was always too sacred, but took the plunge today and loved every moment

Congratulations on graduating! Happy running!😀
